BANANA CAKE
Ingredients: 5 eggs 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder ½ cup of milk 1 cup of sugar 1 baking soda 1 vanilla extract 125 g butter 100 g chopped walnuts 3 cups of flour 1 tablespoon of АMARETТO liqueur 1 pinch of salt 3 small ripe bananas Beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla with a mixer. Add in to the mixture the melted butter, the milk, the Amaretto liqueur and mix well. Gradually add the flour, 2 tbsp of cocoa, a pinch of salt and the walnuts and mix them well with the spatula. Add the chopped and smashed bananas. The ready mixture is baked for about 45 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 180 C. By the end you can check if your cake is ready using a toothpick. When the cake is done, switch off the oven and leave the cake inside.
